He's top 5 in the last two years but you could tell 4 years ago that he had the potential to be elite. I don't understand your post, are you saying that he's the best? He's definitely top 5 now.

currently hes the 2nd best goalie behind Rinne. potential/value-wise hes the most valuable goalie in the league.

Blame the halakite who started Part 1 of this thread.

We mostly see him when Price loses a game.

Needless to say, his apparations are very sporadic.

Goalies are always the first one to be blamed when a team loses. There are going to be fans who dislike Price no matter what.

I think Price is a fantastic goalie and is one of my favorites in the league. If Bernier can become as good as him, I would be estatic.

I personally value him very high in the league, and in terms of age/potential, he's top three in terms of goaltenders.

It wouldn't be 6.5 million (Price would have to be replaced). It would be more like 2.5 million. Unless we go with 2 backups.

Yeah...I'm not buying this BS, just like I couldn't care less about the leaguewide rankings and all the "Top 5" garbage. It's all garbage.

Teams assemble their puzzle through the draft, not on the open market.

Galchenyuk, Subban, Price. All three drafted by the Canadiens, all three a major pieces moving forward.
