5 lost in a row, we are going down and it'S mostly due to our poor LHD side.
So, we would look for a top 4 LHD.

- Werenski
- Murray

What would be Columbus asking Price for them ? if Werenski is on the table as our #1 LHD Suzuki or Poehling can be a part of the deal

Jackets don't have any lineup holes, so I can't see any reason to move Murray or Werenski to Montreal anytime soon.

Check back when the expansion draft gets closer.

Why would Columbus have any interest in moving either player?

Montreal doesn’t have the necessary asset(s) to acquire Werenski.

Murray has been a horse this year and is finally living up to his #2 OA billing. He’s a legitimate top-pair defenseman. I don’t think Montreal would be willing to move a guy like Domi for him, as that’s what we’d be looking for in return.

It's still funny all these years later that fans of other teams will stop by and inquire about, or propose some lop-sided trade. Some folks still assume it is 2004, or we are still putting out the dumpster fire of those days. When he capitalized the P in price, I assumed he was trying to pawn off Cary Price to get Werenski, plus something like Atkinson, plus Anderson, plus Nuttivaara and oh yea.....throw in Duclaire also. That should about even it out.

Look ForrestHabsGump, I'm not making fun of you. And I'm not mad. Feel free to stop by anytime. I'm really sorry that your team is not doing well. I really am. I know that you absolutely NEED a 26th Stanley Cup banner in the rafters. It's just comical when people offer up an exchange based upon THEIR teams' needs, with no regard to what the Columbus Blue Jackets might need.

Are you asking if we would take Price for both of them. We might consider that

Trade proposals are one of the silliest things about pro sports message boards. Every teams fan wants to win every trade (some bad teams can look much further down the road for the win). End of the day it doesn't matter. Not like GMs review these board for trade ideas.
Its folks throwing out ideas. if you get offended don't read them. If you're proposing silly trade ideas to other teams be prepared to take some heat.

And by phrasing it differently, it's still interesting despite being the same thing you posted a few days ago.
Yes, and it was looked over. I actually think it is something to be talked about considering we are the top of the metro while not winning more than 2 in a row, if we have a 5+ game streak we might be winning the division.

They did win 3 in a row, right before the Leafs matchups - Dallas, Florida, Carolina.

You wouldn't like the price for Werenski. It wouldn't involve prospects.
Murray I'm not sure, but perhaps Domi or Drouin.

Your broader point stands but the winning streak thing has been refuted twice. So no, not totally overlooked.

We can't argue about the team being a cellar-dweller anymore, so we find better things to argue about.

Nice.

Eh, its still a LONG season. As of 11/30, we have a poster mentioning how much (or how little) room we have ahead of "last place" in the division.

People here completely FORGOT the 1st 1/3 of the year last year, and what place the team was in, during the 2nd 1/3.

That's where the MYTH that Cole, Vanek, and ANOTHER UNSUSTAINABLE win streak during the last 1/3 of the year, squeaked the team into the playoffs.

Dude I've completely lost track of what your point is

The point.....??

IS unsustainability. Those who its "directed" at, get it. Or they should, anyway.

The CBJ only look and seem good, on the ice and in the standings, because they win games. And winning games for them is unsustainable. 1 , 2, 3, 10, or 16 games in a row.

I mean, have you seen the 15 year team record?

Got it??

Great.
