Both. The goaltenders have always been inconsistent. Couple that up witha defense corps that has Helgeson, Burroughs, and Mike Cornell as 3 of the 6. Add a forward group that is depleted from injuries and promotions and you get a last place team.Is it goaltending or defense or both? The goaltending numbers are absolutely atrocious across the board for a team with such a perceived strong goalie staff.
