This is Brodeurs third game. Dipietro only played one game.

assuming he doesn't let in another goal, they both have a 1.00 GAA, if he lets one in, Broudeur will have a 1.33 GAA :handclap:

I want Dipi to come out of this tournament with something to his credit, as cheap as it could be(assuming he only plays one game)

Between Canada and USA maybe, but Kipper is still the tops right now overall.

4 goals in 3 games is a 1.33 GAA, Broudeur will most likely leave this game 3 goals in 3 games

Tough to see Marty's shutout bid spoiled by a total lapse in concentration, but you can't complain about a 3-1 win at the end of the night.

how is it tough:P

Canada wins :handclap:
Dipi still shares the tie in best GAA with Brodeur
all is well :yo:

only thing that could have been better was a canada win, coupled with Brodeur letting in 2 goals

The announcer said something along the lines of "Brodeur with one mistake tonight but when the game was tight when it was a 1 goal game when it was a tie game he came up with the big ones." Story of Marty's career. It is funny how much better team defenses look when he is in net.

Great game played by both teams a great game that didn't have to be high scoring to be entertaining.

Game MVPs are Vincent Lecavalier for Canada and Ilya Kovalchuk for Russia.
What did Kovalchuk do besides skate into Canada's zone and cough up the puck?

Afinogenov was again Russias best foward, followed by Frolov.
