California English.. "No, yeah" is yes, "Yeah, no" is no and "Yeah, no, for sure" is "definitely".

I thought this was a meme until listening to some video game commentary where they just kept commenting on each other's statements with some combination of "yeah" and "no" and everyone seemed to understand which they meant.

Not really. Management by Perkele is commonly brought up in Sweden which has to do with how Finns are more decisive than Swedes who are usually passive but very organised and how both philosophies have their ups and downs

We would take care of him in Colorado. We love the gift Finland gave us in Rantanen already. Maybe then some Finnish NHL fans will finally pick the correct team in the Colorado-Minnesota rivalry.
