I got the same call (as did everyone I know). Sounds like account reps got their marching orders. I find the account reps at the Canucks I've dealt with to be rude, arrogant and unwilling to really help. They seem to have an attitude of "God... stop asking dumb questions. Just buy the tickets already". I guess that's what 10 years of sell-outs does to you. The didn't have to work for their renewals for 10 years and now all of a sudden they have to. They also seem to have had to hire tons of new reps to meet the demand, and they are hiring guys with BUSINESS AND MARKETING DEGREES! I've seen a few guys hired who have these marketing degrees from UBC. They don't seem to know how to deal with clients at all, and just want to sell you stuff. It feels like talking to a used car salesman or something.
I don't want to phone and ask for these reasons, so I will ask here:
This is the first season that I bought an ice pack, and it came with generic playoff tickets (ie: Round 1, Game 1, Date and Time TBA) Are these real tickets I can use or some sort of placeholder ticket just in case I wanted to buy some ticket package for more money?
Thanks all!
