Neither of those lie.
Which doesn't exist so is therefore reality.
Really? Because your posts seem to and you fit the criteria perfectly.
Everyone "overpays" everyone as the cap goes up each year. The Leafs living rent free in your head clouds your judgement though
What are you whining about now?
No, that is your poor interprative skills. Did you make up criteria for something?
Closer to 3 X 4.5 or Dubas is a complete idiot.
A 31 year old Muzzin is the type of player you thank for his services and let go. Heavy and heavy-footed players like him don't age well at all.
Leafs have good cheap young guys on the left side anyway.
Muzzin is a solid #2 defenseman. Would easily get Myers’ contract on the market. No one is signing him for 3x$4.5.
I see Muzzin as more of a #3 but otherwise I agree
Says the person with Jason Botterill as their GM
awesome to hear. if he signed an AAV of 4.5M I'll be happy as hell
Lol....Skinner at 9 million?
So basically the trade was just Kadri for Kerfoot? Big win for the Avs.
Considering Barrie would have returned a huge hull this summer if traded as a rental at 50% retention, no it was not just Kadri for Kerfoot.
It is very simple logic. Mathews plays for Toronto and thus negotiated his contract with Toronto making that Matthews' money while McDavid plays for Edmonton and negotiated his contract with Edmonton making that McDavid's money.
Stars should be playing 25 minutes a game during the playoffs
That leaves about 10 minutes of ice time to split up between those 3rd and 4th lines
No, both basically and fundamentally, the trade was Kadri and Rosen for Kerfoot and Barrie with the Avs agreeing to retain 50% of Barrie's salary. It is all right here: Maple Leafs trade Kadri, Rosen to Avalanche for Barrie, Kerfoot - Sportsnet.ca
Honestly, who cares? If Leafs fans are good with Leafs contracts, why are non-Leafs fans so concerned about them?
Well I mean what would you rather do: Concern yourself with Leafs contracts or watch the Habs?
Recipe for disaster.
That's a good way to run your stars completely into the ground by the middle of the 2nd let alone third round and have them be giving up breakaways to the Dominic Moores of the world.
Most teams that go to the finals usually have their 4th line buy a couple games for them outright not even getting to special teams or in game physical impact
