yeah i am on meds. i do go for walks and went candlepin bowling a couple of weeks ago and ended up pulling something in my thigh. Would love to get back into candlepins. Have not been in about 20 years.
one of the things that i know people are prescribed for depression is steady state cardio. elliptical, jogging, step mill. Something that gets that heart rate up, but walking is a great start.
