I need Aho to pick up his production since I took him fairly high in fantasy. But drai is out producing him by nearly 30 points or something and almost has as many goals as Aho has points. And it’s not like aho is playing with scrubs, all his Linemates and D are producing fairly well. Is playing with Mcdavid really equivalent to a 30 point gap in production over 30 games or is draisaitl just an all around bigger threat.

Aho is in a much better situation than drai is. Sure he has mcdavid but having Kassian + benning + Russell cancels that out offensively very quickly.

Svech and Teuvo are carrying Aho. Draisaitl is outproducing McDavid at the moment. Even Dougie Hamilton is picking up for Aho's poor performance. Aho needs to drive the play and create his own offense like Draisaitl has done when separated from McDavid this year

Because we still have zero proof that Drai can produce without McDavid or play #1C. His short stints separated from Mc have been terrible. Should him and Aho swap teams and positions Drai's producion drops probably drastically and he might do way worse than Aho.

At 19 years old, Draisaitl produced 51 points in 72 games in 2015-16 as a 1C without McDavid (the year McDavid broke his collarbone). His linemates were Taylor Hall and Teddy Purcell.
