The Monsters did bring in Steve McCarthy from Kalamazoo, and a few Wings guys were in training camp with Lake Erie (Ben Wilson, Justin Kovacs). But yeah, Cincinnati really seemed to unofficially be the actual affiliate. Make it official and then the Ohio Family thing can really ring true.

As soon as he passed it I knew that it was a breakaway. Was an exact replica of Ryan murray's turnover in his first career game against Calgary (iirc).
