I thought Veleno played really well. He doesnt seem like he plays a tonne at 5 on 5 but he gets a lot on both special teams. He made some good zone entries and created a few chances.

Big improvement for Veleno since he came back from the WJC. Still has the teams worst +/-, but another year in GR would not hurt him at all. He will get even better.

A year in Grand Rapids I would guess but with a decent amount of call ups. Really hard to say until traiing camp though

This, training camp and pre-season will tell us a lot about the work he puts in over the summer. Same with everyone too be honest, the only guy who is on the Griffins right now who is probably a shoe in for next season is Svechnikov and that is more down too the fact that he has too clear waivers.
