Pretty quiet game. This Soundtigers team is not nearly as rough and physical as I’ve seen in years past

Ice was tilted in our zone for most of the period but bad shooting choices and many blocked shots frustrating Bridgeport
Still not impressed with Bellows
Wahlstrom is meh
Ho Sang is MIA

My thoughts from tonight:

-- A solid defensive effort for the Bruins...not many real dangerous chances for Bridgeport and Legace made the saves he needed to.
-- The Koppanen-Woods-Conway line was Providence's best line. Woods in particular stood out with his effort and energy.
-- Gaunce was good as well....glad to see him back in action.
-- I thought Shen played one of his better games.
-- Frederic had a couple decent shots but had fumblitis with the puck a number of other times. His stickhandling is still a concern for me.
-- Studnicka had a bunch of nice defensive plays (especially on the PK) but he didn't generate much offensively.
-- Steen made a nice play to pull up at the blueline and find Carey on Petrovic's goal but he was quiet the rest of the game.
-- Petrovic made two nice plays that led to goals but he looked pretty disinterested defensively.
-- Urho had a quietly solid game.
-- Same goes for Zboril.

Surprised to see Gaunce back in action, I expected a much longer lay off after that nasty hit he took.

Zboril needs to starting getting some TOI in the NHL under his belt, IMO. Didn’t stand out much tonight, but played quite the solid game.
