Dunno. It's hard to envision them ever being better than the 'best of the rest'.
Maybe he can get them to the point where they'll occasionally sneak into Europe , but it's so damn hard to break into that elite bracket.
With the program Wolves have built , and Everton's new billionaire owner with high ambitions , I imagine they'll form a separate group of 3-4 clubs that are constantly trying to break down the door into europe year after year.
I have no doubt Rodgers can build a sustainable program known for playing good football, though.
