I wouldn’t be surprised if Kakko and Laf have good “Advance Stats” but I am not sure about their hockey IQ. They do well retrieving/possessing the puck but both hold on to the puck for far too long, which results in bad angle shots or bad passes.

Very nice effort after being off for so long . I was expecting some serious rust from everyone .

Actually, if your being fair it's now Jack 1, Kaapo 1 in terms of their head-to-heads this year. Kaako had the better game but New Jersey was better as a team.

Well it's a good thing that Hockey isn't a 1-on-1 game, huh?

It's always Team vs. Team.

And for the most part, Jack's TEAM (and in essence himself because he is part of that TEAM) has had the upper hand over Krappo and his TEAM.

Probably go Blackwood, PK and Zacha but definitely a team win. Thought the Devils best two lines were the McLeod and Zacha lines. The key may have been flipping Bratt and Palmieri - both were careless and seemed to lack energy in the second but it seemed to spark Maltsev and Sharangovich.
