We shall see. I still believe they will bring him up when they need a heavier game or when Hershey is out of the playoffs, whichever comes first.

He is 100% coming up when Hershey is elimimated, that is a no brainer. Is he coming up with the intention of getting in the lineup, I'm not so sure. Injury situation will be the key.

Not really. Things are going well. Call up a guy and stick him in the lineup is rocking a boat that doesn't need to be rocked. No plans to call him up doesn't at all mean no plans to use him.
If theres no plans to call him up, there's no plans to use him. You gotta call him up in order to use him.

5x5 was my prediction when he was on pace for 50 points. He didnt meet that target and the winger market is actually quite saturated so I'll say 5x4.5.

Great extension. Only 100k more than minimum. Literally 0 risk for us since we can just bury him in Hershey if he sucks.

A+ deal for the Caps. Kind of surprised Dowd went for it but eh $2.25M is a nice safety net.

Savvy. Good on MacLellan getting some work done. The bonus overage is going to complicate things even further.

I think if we just assume we have no hope of retaining Connolly, everything works out, no?

About $11M to sign Vrana, probably Djoos, 3 forwards who will play a lot one of whom will probably be Stephenson, and 2 more bench guys.

Connolly 5x3,75M is best I can think of to make sense for both parties.

Then a bridge for Vrana like 2x4M... or closer to 4,5M actually.

Then lowest they can go for either Hagelin or Bura, a little bidding war if you wish.
