I assume its Moore in for Gryz? I think I would rather him than Kampfer.

I would assume so since Moore is a natural leftie. Gryz will be missed badly though. He took some beating, but watching the Bruins try to get the puck out of their own zone last night was hard to watch- the fatigue plus losing possibly their best PMD early on really hurt.

Cassidy said TBD but that Moore seems like easiest plug since he plays same side and they could keep pairs.

Sucks but conceivably could only be for 1-2 Games...

I’ve seen 2 different places where posters speculated Bergeron was nursing something, maybe a groin injury. Is that just BS or is there some reason to suspect there is truth there?

He appeared to stop taking important face offs in game 2, and when he did take then he wasn’t very good. I think he is very obviously injured and playing through quite a lot of discomfort. I think this is why he has been so bloody awful in this series.

They showed a video of him skating either during the TV timeout or before the OT I can't remember. He skates up and own the ice making some turns and then you see him bend over leaning on his stock with his head down and go to the bench and bang his stick on the boards as if he wasn't happy with how something felt. With the way he was skating you have to assume it's a groin type issue.

A groin also makes it pretty hard to take a face off so that makes sense

What, if anything, ails Bruins’ Patrice Bergeron? - The Boston Globe

ST. LOUIS — There is no knowing what ails Patrice Bergeron. It could be his shoulder/collarbone is hurting again — a problem that sidelined him for five weeks early in the season — or it could be a sore back, or an aching groin, or a tight hamstring. Or something else.

All we know for certain is that Bergeron, 33, did not look anywhere near himself in the first two games of the Cup Final vs. the Blues. His skating looked labored at times, his puckhandling and passing not crisp. He also didn’t practice here on Friday, what coach Bruce Cassidy termed a “maintenance” day. Rookie Karson Kuhlman skated in Bergeron’s place to balance out the lines for the workout.

Otherwise, what condition Bergeron’s condition was in — if he had a condition — remained a mystery prior to the Game 3 puck drop Saturday night at the Enterprise Center.

Bergeron was his usual cordial, amenable self in a brief late-morning news conference at the arena.

“I’m playing in Game 3,” said Bergeron, that invisible red line making it clear he cared not to elaborate.

I can't imagine Gryz coming back this season. I'm just basing that on how hard he was hit, and the fact he had to spend at least 1 night in the hospital.

Did they ever say Wagners issue ? I know its his arm, but was it broken, badly bruised ?
He is out for the season too correct ?
