Sergei Samsonov was never the same player after having his wrist operated on & I'm sure there are plenty of other examples.
Should be thankful it's not his wrist then?
Nope.Dom does this affect expansion draft status/protection requirement at all with him missing games
I’ve never heard more radio silence on a players status then there is on Kase
no one in the media asks Bruce about him and Bruce provides no updates
he has been out 40 days now with no mention about a possible return from anyone
Nope.
How many games would Vaak have to play to become eligible for the expansion draft or is he safe no matter what?
And Left not right.

As someone who has broken bones in my hand several times I can assure you not really a big thing . They heal nicely and no ill effects even 40 years later.
Except when the weather changes. I can sense a storm coming well in advance
Well there are a lot of different bones in the hand , I guess it depends on which one you break . I broke all the metacarpal bones in my right hand ( except for the thumb) . One of them I broke twice. There is a slight deformity on the back of my hand but other than that I feel nothing.
I broke the ones on the outer edge of the hand and punky knuckle- so now they ache from time to time and have done for close to 40 years. Other than that, no problems, though.
