Williams if we ran out of options, yeah. But Radulov's demands seem a little insane.

Also, are you anticipating the annual Callahan injury or did you forget him? ;)

Damn I did forget about him.

Erne Namestnikov Callahan would be better.

What if we signed Radulov and Justin Williams.

Gourde Stamkos Kucherov
Palat Johnson Radulov
Killorn Point Williams
Erne Namestnikov Brown

Hedman Dotchin
Koekkoek Stralman
Coburn Sustr
Sergachev

That looks like a pretty stacked team.

Radulov Wants 7 per year for 6 years

"Glorified PP specialist"

Come on...this is rediculous. We're better than that on here.

- PP points since 2013 among dmen :
#1. Kevin Shattenkirk/104 points

- Even strength points since 2013 :
#42. Kevin Shattenkirk/67 points

- Most common even strength linemate : Vladimir Tarasenko
With : 58.2%GF/56.8%CF Without : 51.6%GF/52.4%CF (-6.4%/-4.2%)

Without his PP production, Shattenkirk is nothing to write home about.

Radulov has reportedly been offered 9 million a year to return to the KHL, in what ways would Yzerman do that.

Um...

SY: hey Alex come on down to sunny TB. I'll pay you 6 mil a year for 6 years. We are cup contenders. Oh yea there's the no in state tax and you have another Russian superstar Kucherov to hang with. Or you can go back to cold Russia.

Radulov: CupsOverCash? Done!

Those are part of the urban legends that surround the KHL. Kovalchuk was allegedly offered $10M to go play in Russia. 3 years later the real number went out: $5.5M. He was in fact taking less money less than in Newark.

That's too much term for that guy.

Don't think he'd take it.

I'd rather grab a short-term option while guys like Joseph and Raddysh progress. Maybe Erne.

To me, Radulov just looks way too risky. I'd be all over Kovalchuk though, on a two or three year deal. At least then, if you get screwed, you can get out of it.

I'd be for Kovalchuck too. We need some scoring depth after letting go of Drouin.

None of my business but think you may have forgotten someone, just sayin. Not trying to make a big deal or anything but just wanted to bring it up and clarify. That's all. :sarcasm:

 I corrected myself later. I'd rather have a healthy Callahan than Brown. ;)

LOL! It's all good, just having fun.

Anyway, I am hoping to see a line of Killorn - Gourde - Callahan. Cally and Killer work well together and think Gourde can be that skill-set Center needed to generate offense for that line, and also think they would shutdown the opponents as well.

Nah...not good enough. That's a weak/cheap fix of the offense.

Dropping Drouin and adding Yakupov is a solid, net loss.
