21 points in 16 games is pretty good for a D.

Didn't even realize that.

Top scorer on his team by a good margin (8 pts), top scorer for defensemen in the WHL, and #7 scorer overall.

That's great for a guy -- and a team, IIRC -- who weren't predicted to light up the scoreboard this year without Morgan Rielly. Hope he can keep it up.

Teuvo Teräväinen's Jokerit won TPS today 1-4. 1 assist for TT. He has now 2 G + 6 A = 8 P in 12 games. Highlights later when they appear.

Thanks again for the report and highlights. I think this is three wins in a row for Jokerit and TT has points in all three games (1+5). Things are looking better. Hopefully TT and the team can keep playing well.

Hope so too. Jokerit is playing back-to-back games against the same team, TPS, today at 9 AM central (5 PM local time). We'll see how TT plays today.

It seems that lots of prospect are on fire atm not even counting Teuvo who is a lock to make the Hawks very soon.

Who do you guys rate as the closest to making the Hawks? And who has the biggest upside?

What about McNeill, it seems to me that everyone wrote the guy off but he is having a very good season stats wise so far. A former first round pick, maybe he can still make it big.

It seems that the Hawks are especially stacked in terms of defense prospects.

TT it seems is on the fast track for the Hawks next year.

I was looking back at the Olympic orientation camps from awhile ago and didn't see TT's name down for Finland. Is he not being considered for the Olympics? If not, why?

While Finland's depth isn't huge, there's still more than enough offensive forwards in NHL/KHL and many of them have proven themselves in the national team. While Teuvo has huge amounts of skill and potential, he would have to dominate the league to be considered for the Olympic team.
