After the Hathaway major the refs called FIVE minor penalties on the Devils and two on the Flyers. They gave back all five minutes from the major, and a bonus minute, that Philly scored on.

This is the NHL, where "fair" officiating is considered an equal number of penalty minutes rather than calling infractions equally.
