At least in 2000, they had Bledsoe, Faulk, Glenn, and Troy Brown to build around.

They have no building blocks on this offensive unit.

Could Ezekiel Elliott and Rhamondre Stevenson be considered "building blocks" at this point? Then again, that could be the start of a team foundation so shaky that not even Bob Vila would build on it.

Stevenson is serviceable.

They for more out of Zeke than one might have hoped for, but he’s long in the tooth for that position. Lots of miles on the tires.
