Mike babcock has a lot of Dwane Casey in him.

Both Highly process oriented people and always prepared before the game. However, they both couldn't/can't adjust within game and be savvy enough to take over the game with their smarts and "coach".

Raps pivoted to a guy in Nurse who's strength was in game adjustments. I wonder if Keefe is the same way.

Landsberg acts like a complete goofball on that show and Carlo just doesnt have the knowledge of the other sports to be on a morning show. It's quite pathetic. Sportsnet aint really better now with Scott McArthur. Greg Brady was at least knowledgable in every sport.

I think they should split the show up into segments
4-5 NHL but with more in depth leafs stuff especially after a game
5-6 Ray at for the first 20~ mins then start transitioning into other sports
6-7 any sport biggest headline talk about that or just run through the other sports.

Noodles can leave 6-7 he adds nothing and is usually on that's hockey or something anyway, on a leaf game night odog can get over to the panel earlier.

Hayes used to do a show on his own right after leafs lunch anyway, he knows how to do it. Then aim to have your NFL, MLB or NBA guests call in cuts out noodles or odog cutting in with a pointless question too

Last year they must have told Noodles he had to start learning about other sports. The problem is he never shuts up when the topic is NFL, NBA, MLB, etc. It’s like he’s overcompensating and trying to prove he knows about other sports when he clearly doesn’t. The guy has been watching other sports for six months and just like you said, rambles about the most popular topics because that’s all he knows. Other than that he just constantly agrees with Hayes because he actually knows what he’s talking about. Dude just needs to exit the conversation when it’s not about hockey.

Not sure why so many on here are so hateful towards Landsberg and Carlo. Don’t mind listening to them at all. Sure you may not agree with every single one of their opinions but they aight.
