Finally I can watch a game without getting angry on the color guy! He's an idiot.
Is he talking about the ice girls, Kathryn Tappen, or others?“Not even any women here to disrupt…your concentration,” Milbury said of the upside of the NHL bubble.
If that's the reason.. Then wow. Kinda funny actually.

Yes, you can interpret it wrong if you try really hard. It's a trend nowadays. No it's actually not. It's a pathetic comment from the "wife-bad" school of comedy.
Does he imply that normally players get distracted by women during playoffs?“Not even any women here to disrupt…your concentration,” Milbury said of the upside of the NHL bubble.

Normally men get distracted by women. There's nothing more to it. Harmless "every day" joke.Does he imply that normally players get distracted by women during playoffs?

I think it is also offensive to the entire LGBTQ becuase it implies that men and other umm... orientations... are not good enough to distract hockey players.I think if it's offensive it's largely against men because it implies men aren't mature enough to focus on the task at hand if sex is a possibility. That said, if this is what it takes to get Millbury out of hockey you go ladies.

Never ever say her name in reverse order
Naah. It's a compliment in it's simplest form.Problem here is that there is a difference between making such a comment at the office vs the National TV

Okay, please explain ? I really want to hear this.No.... no it isn't.
What's trending is no longer laughing at jokes that aren't funny. There's nothing to misinterpret here. The "joke" is at women's expense and ultimately just perpetuates stereotypes of both men and women.Yes, you can interpret it wrong if you try really hard. It's a trend nowadays.

Nope just a mature adult who sees women as people....I really hope you're a woman.

This might seem like just a little comment but it's about having standards for public figures and frankly we can do better than Millbury, who's worthless as a commentator to begin with.
Widen your perspective a bit and see how being consistent with this kind of zero tolerance thing just gets us back to hockey, the matter at hand.
He should know better than that,as if some even care about women.
