Or we could have drafted him.if we wanted dobson our best chance was to trade Stone to them at the draft last year
i think its a little too late to get him now
1st and Glass for Duchene? That's the best we can hope for a rental. If he signs with Vegas we get a extra pick..I'm seeing Vegas and Preds being the landing places. Idk just dont see Jets pulling it off.

Prepare to be disappointed boys. It's likely going to be packages of 1st round picks and magic beans (3rd round picks, former draft picks that havent really progressed all that well, ect).
We will then be sold on how many draft picks we have and how excited the organization is for our scouts to start building for the future. It is what it is.
Let's hope so, but they still have a good core. I think they would be pretty much be where they are right now (near the top of the West) even without Karlsson. If Karlsson doesn’t sign in SJ which it looks like he won’t, the Sharks could be in for an Anaheim type of fall.
Maybe a more progressive coach in SJ, but they have some big cloud storms ahead of the D isn’t there to get the puck up to those old forwards like it is with EK.
That 1st next year could be something. Could be nothing. Could be something.
Karlsson has been out for a while and they keep winning (6 game win streak atm). They likely won't be falling anywhere. That's a good team with a load of good players even without Karlsson. If Karlsson doesn’t sign in SJ which it looks like he won’t, the Sharks could be in for an Anaheim type of fall.

Lafreniere by a significant margin. For those of you who follow prospects, who do you guys think ends up the better player, Jack Hughes or Alexis Laferniere?
Hughes for me.For those of you who follow prospects, who do you guys think ends up the better player, Jack Hughes or Alexis Laferniere?
Oh man remember Sharks window closing 4-5 years ago? It's still closing while ours has closed, opened and closed again since then
Wouldn't say that.Lafreniere by a significant margin.
PD and Melnyk have done everything they can to sway then AWAY from staying with this organization, yes.
Just thought I would clarify your point.
