Phil Simms cracks me up!
"Tomlin will have to answer for many of his decisions today"
Oh, Phil... don't you know who he works for? He doesn't have to give answers, just throw out some big words he just looked up on Word Power and the Rooneys will buy in.
Decisions during the game, they said they would get into later, that "he has a lot to answer for", but they mentioned that during the week that Tomlin several times mentioned playing New England in a few weeks. "don't think Jacksonville didn't use that as motivation during the week."Went out. What are they saying. BTW, for those wanting to blame Ben . . .
Ben Roethlisberger today: 37/58 C/ATT 469 passing yards 5 touchdowns 1 interception Passer rating 110.5
Glad Haley ran a reverse on that 4th and 1.
I mean the offense gave the Jags 14 points.....for all the mistakes they made on offense, they still scored enough points to win two games not one, this guy Keith Butler has to go, like in next 10 minutes,
Call a better play.Going for it there was probably the right call....but not taking the FG there ended up being huge.
Christ. Tomlin just said he is comfortable with what we called. For real?
The thing is that Tomlin is always this stupid. It just gets glossed over because they get bailed out by talent.
I don't care if he handed them 14 points on purpose. The offense won their part of the game 42 - 14 in that case. That HAS to be good enough to beat Blake f***ing Bortles. He did basically give the Jags two TD's.
I wish to hell people would start to see this...
He knows it's over, and he knows there's no point to coming back.
