I'm laughing...how can you not?

It is pretty damn funny...and a very appropriate response to some of the dumb ass s*** thats happening these days.

I mean it's funny if you haven't heard a dozen variations of that same joke a million times already over the last like four years like I have.

Well...when something as stupid as 'gender is a social construct' gets replayed over and over and over again and then shoved down the publics throat then you shouldnt really be surprised when the jokes continue to repeat themselves.

I'm not surprised. Conservatives aren't very creative or funny and apparently don't know how gender is socially constructed. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hey there's not a day that goes by that I don't laugh my ass off that the icon of the right-wing today is a septuagenarian fraudster with degenerative brain disease (and no, I don't mean Reagan).

Oh man...its great that you pulled out your thesaurus for a little descriptive name calling.
Name calling is so unusual for someone on the left. They never attack the person...just the opinion. :sarcasm:
Kudos for your originality.

So much socialist stupidity these days...laughing at it should be mandatory even if the left is humorless and cant laugh at themselves.

See idk why people take problem with these sorts of things.

It's not like their choice of gender hurts you or anyone else, so why does anyone care?

The state has no place in the bedrooms of Canadians.

I wasn't really speaking to your personal politics, but to the manner in which "conservative" politics have manifested themselves for the past 40 years or so.

*Sigh*

Yeah. Yeah.

Well what I was saying is the younger part of the CPC is moving away from this. Mainly because society itself is moving away from this.

The addition of Trump's antics and Bernier's stupidity has already signed the certificate of death for "conventional" conservatism in Canada.

This post misses the point so spectacularly. While I completely agree with the bolded this extends well beyond the bedrooms of the country.

Yeah but I'm not sure how you decouple conservatism from the toxic stew of neoliberal economics, socially regressive attitudes and xenophobic nationalism its been stewing in for all this time.

And I guess I wonder what conservatism actually is without those things. Libertarianism?

@Little Fury
I just dont understand the point of the above quotes.
Perhaps if I was a socialist I would just nod my head in agreement? :dunno:

My point...the political realities are much more layered than you are framing it.

Yeah basically. I mostly identify as Libertarian sans the whole "taxation is theft" thing, because it isn't you're paying for a service just like Amazon or Spotify or Netflix.

Hmmm, telling doctors where to work. I'm sure that'll work out well.

I like how they think of all of these incentivization ideas when it comes to taxes but for nothing else.

Wonder if they're still glad they got Osuna.
Turning point in the post season for them? Everybody was rooting for them until that crap with the Assistant GM happened. It turned on a dime after that. Wouldn’t surprise me if that negativity was felt by the players.
