clearly influenced by him and from Michigan but differs in subject matter, beats and his albums tell more of a story about his personal journey. some find him cheezy as he doesn't swear or promote sex/drugs but he is on another level and puts out good music

Why is he ridiculed in the GTA? I dont listen to a ton of people from the 6 but he is probably one of the better artists I have heard lately from there.
