Tonewood Fuego is probably my favorite beer of all right now, so good.

They are the best brewery in SJ for me, probably top 3 in the state.

I’ve never committed to actually doing the home brew. I’ve got three separate kits at home for small batches.

Plenty of brainstorming though. Always figured a heavily wheated ipa with lemon drop and citra would be a killer summer beer.

Future Father in law has been doing it for years, I just piggybacked on his expertise.

I've been keeping things pretty simple with mine for now until I get a better hang of it. He does a great oktoberfest and a really good Czech pils.

Glad you enjoyed them! Improv is generally one of my favorites, but this batch was a little off. Their 'Powder Daze' is probably top in a 5 beers for me.

Spice rubbed flank steak for meal prep. Judging by how much my mouth is burning and how quickly I downed my last beer, I probably goofed on the chili powder ratio on the spice rub.
