I don't drink alcohol, but I've considered collecting beer cans just for the artwork. A lot of them are really cool looking and I think it'd look nice lined up on a shelf in a "man cave" or theater room or something.

My future father in law has his downstairs basement wall lined with old 1960-70s pull top cans. I'll have to snap a picture for you when I get back.

But yeah, they are getting super artistic with a lot of these cans nowadays.

I can't be arsed to upload photos from my phone, but yesterday the gf and I went to the Guinness Open Gate brewery just outside Baltimore and I gotta say, it's probably one of the nicer taprooms I've ever been in. Would love to know who the architect was, they absolutely nailed the vibe. Also checked out Heavy Seas which is literally right around the corner, and had a few tasty brews there as well. If you're ever in the Baltimore area, there are a ton of really cool breweries I would recommend checking out.

Anything of note for the inner harbor? We’re going down in the fall for a bachelors party.

Suspended Brewing, Checkerspot Brewing, and Diamondback Brewing are all fairly close to inner harbor. Pub Dog has a location in Federal Hill that's worth checking out, they also serve some pretty decent pizzas. Monument City, Heavy Seas, and the Guinness brewery are Uber-able from inner harbor, Charm City Meadworks isn't too far away either. Gordon Biersch and Ministry of Brewing are also in the immediate area.

Where are you staying in inner harbor? For as much crap as I'll give the city of Baltimore, there are a ton of solid hang out places that I will go to as long as I can get into and out of the city relatively easily.

Also. All this Scott Laughton contract complaining has me thinking I’m gonna have a beer. Or three...

(@Starat327 is it wise to do all in a setting...)

I fear I'm too late to save you but no, and yes, all at the same time.

All verticals, be it year- volume, edition, or otherwise, should be handled in tasters, and sipped simultaneously. The only exception being IPA flights, but If you need direction on IPA flights, we're already too late.

That said... Prost! They all look delicious!;

Had Swiss Chalet today for the first time. Chicken was real good and the Swiss Chalet sauce was sort of like a lite wosterchere sauce. Will have again.

Judging on the conversation so far, it looks like fells point. Wherever that is. I’m just going along to bankroll the drinking and other shenanigans.

I've had Diamondback before, and can vouch for their beers. Put out some good stuff when i was down there a year or two ago.
