I don't like his dancing, but that's just a personal thing. As a football player myself, I don't do that ****. But you see it all over the NFL, so whatever.
What I do have a problem with, however, was his actions after the game. If you're going to be so cocky and speak your voice when you're winning, man up and act like a mature adult when you lose. Combine that with his childish actions during the game (falling over on the sideline when the Panthers got a penalty, throwing a temper tantrum to the ref when he got nailed in the endzone at the end of the game), he just came off as very immature last night, and that was disappointing to see.
