Aside from no border crossings, players in OJHL/NOJHL etc do not cost $$$ to play; no cost for equipment, billets etc by the team. < maybe special arrangements for some> But overall minimal costs to the ownership. Kudos to the sponsors that are stepping up and financing these games that are being played. Community support at its best.

There's a Buffalo OJHL team

Dear Season Ticket Holders,
It has been way too long since we have seen you at the Elgin Street Barn, and we miss you, our loyal fans and wolf pack, behind the bench! We hope you will be able to join us at the Sudbury Arena soon once we can all return safely.
It is safe to say this has not been the year we all ever expected. We cannot thank you enough for all of your continued support throughout this pandemic and the unprecedented year. As we receive guidelines from the league, provincial and municipal governments, everyone recognizes that the 2020-21 season will be very different.
As we still plan to begin the 2020-21 season in February, it will feature a reduced 40-game schedule with restricted attendance levels. Based on the current guidelines, and safe social distancing requirements, your current seats will not be attainable. As a result of the reduced schedule and limited capacity, we are suspending all season tickets for the 2020-21 season.
We would like to present you with the following options for the security of your season tickets moving forward. We appreciate all your patience and have developed a plan to ensure you receive the best value.

Option 1. Defer your 2020-21 Season Tickets
Value
  • Season tickets for the 2020-21 season will be deferred to the 2021-22 season
    • Any ticket vouchers, concession vouchers, and/or merchandise gift cards selected earlier this year will also move to your 2021-22 season ticket pack.
    • No price increases.
  • You will receive access to the 2020-21 regular season games based on the limited capacity available once the season commences.
  • The chance to win, 1 of 5 ultimate Wolves' Suite Nights during the, 2021-22 regular season, including 8 suite tickets, 4 large Toppers pizzas', as well as beverages.
  • The chance to win, 1 of 3 Quinton Byfield autographed jerseys.
Option 2. Refund
Value
  • Money will be refunded back at the value paid for the original 2020-21 season tickets.
    • Refunds must be issued back the way it was paid.
      • Credit Cards will be issued back to the card used.
      • Debit, Cash and Cheques will be refunded by cheque.
    • The box office continues to be closed at this time.
  • Your seats will be held until the Early Renewal deadline, May 1st, 2021.
(More details to come regarding Early Renewal prices following the 2020-21 season)
Please notify us by replying to this email, emailing [email protected] or by calling the following number 705-675-3941 ext. 2017. Please note, our offices remain closed to the public at this time.
Once again thank you for your patience as we try and continue to work our way through these unprecedented times. The Wolves plan to be back stronger than ever and we hope to see you soon! Once a wolf always a wolf. #RunWithThePack

Personally gonna defer to next season and hope I can get individual game tickets for at least one game this year

Very curious to see how many of these tickets are delegated to team sponsors and how many will be available to fans. This is assuming the league runs a season and at some point allow fans in the stands.

“However, the restrictions both provincially in Ontario as well as nationally with regards to cross-border travel have informed our decision.”

If it’s because of the border, you can put a fork in the season... it’s done.

Not stating a date smells a lot like there will not be a season at this point.
Season definitely done. In no way do they allow a bus filled with a hockey team travel around the province.
That will be it for seeing Byfield play in a Wolves jersey. I think Stillman's had a hunch and got out of town ahead of it

Hoping the Q has a great tournament and works his way up from that 4th line. He had good ice last night and was using his body. He is once again the youngest player on the team. Fingers crossed.

Seemed like he wasn’t even trying in the game against Germany.

He looks lost, goes off early, no confidence in his game. Hope he turns it around or the fourth line is where he will be for this tournament. Coaching staff must be frustrated.

In fairness, the Team Canada 4th lone is as good as most of the 1st lines on other WJC teams. That said, he isn’t making a difference when he is on the ice. His skating also looks like it has regressed. Hunched over and choppy. Not sure what is going on.

He just does not look right, maybe over thinking the game a bit. He needs to call for the puck more and use that great shot of his. Never mind looking up to the great players on this team, YOU ARE ONE. He just has to leave everything out their every shift and his role on this team will get more important. This is a short series and the coaches have not got the time to get him going, that is his job.

Agreed, you would have thought Quinton should have dominated a tired, 14 man German team. He can’t take two strides with the puck without loosing it. He is playing the chipping of the puck game. Each shift I wait for him to dominate or just make one big rush. He is getting tons of ice time with Quinn on his line. Still think he is going be a dominant player in the NHL, I guess the extra year really helps in a players development.
Oh well I will keep watching team Canada and obviously keep an eye out for Quinton.

Think your right. His probably fits the pro style better.

Alot of guys have done quite well in this tournament and haven't turned out to be NHLers
