Bloom was a steal. Supposed to go in first round, top 10-15 by all accounts. Will add speed and offence to left side

Hipkin was another solid pickup. Viewed to go top 3 rounds but somehow fell to 6th. His skating and vision could find a spot on squad

There were lots of players that moved up or down the board on draft day, but Bloom was not one of them.

This mock draft had him at 16 so it's not totally out of the realm of possibility to say he was a bit of a steal.

Any news on Millman, I hope he is back asap. We need that team D to even be better and we just have to fire the puck at Popovich every chance we can. Guelph has a good club but lets finish them of at home. Lennox keep up the steady play and get better every game.

Been all around the UP and upper LP by boat but never been to Saginaw.

If Saginaw is going to win , they can’t keep trying to match up Tippetts line with Suzuki line
Tippett doesn’t play defense,let alone takes 2 min shifts, put him against a different line , then he can shoot all he wants, we are being outshot ever game 10-20 shots Tippett has done nothing this series 5 on 5 ,also need to move budsker up front and put hill on d, we only play 5 d at the most ,boys need to win tomorrow,or I’ll have to say it will be over ,

As well as DJ can fill in on D, you give up too much with his forechecking and grinding.The Storm have been allowed to come out of their end at will. I know the Spirit decided to become a "carry in" offense but the time has come to dump the puck in and bang them...Gordeev in particular. Less we forget, they have 4 NHL drafted D men back there...make it more difficult for them.

There are players who have disappeared in the last month, your fave is not one of them, as again he has stepped up to the plate. Some of the highly touted...meh

When playing against the best teams it gets harder for some to keep up and that's why the place is full of scouts. See who is over or under achieving. Lennox had played up and above than most thought and needs more than 0 goals to help him win. Lets face it you have to score 4 or 1 more than the other team actually.
Lazary has to get these guys fired up and playing a disciplined 200 ft game. With the addition of Hill gives you a mature D that can slot in and give the other 4 some air. Busdeker is needed on the fore check and leadership up front. We know we wouldn't beat Guelph in 5 so the sooner the better, we know their past. Go Spirit!!

I can not believe the pathetic play going on here. One or two more goals and the place will be half empty tomorrow night. The power play has gone dormant. Face offs lost amazing! They are being schooled and the locals are loving it.
