Nobody wants Hodgson. I'm fairly confident he'd pass through waivers right now.
I got called names for saying he would clear waivers at the end of November, he would quite easily clear waivers right now.

What's a realistic package?

They could get Stafford for a 2nd round pick, why trade Kane for a pick alone...
because i don't think they can get much more + they think the situation is beyond repair.
Stafford, Compher, Hurley, stl 1st
Stafford, Grigo, Ruhwedel, stl 1st
Hodgson, Grigo, Buf 2nd
?
Hot 3-way action anyone???
To
D Tyler Myers ($5.5M)
W Scott Kosmachuk ($720K)
To
C/W Ryan O'Reilly ($6M)
D Mark Pysyk ($870K)
To
W Evander Kane ($5.25M)
D Stefan Elliot ($850K)
Is the value anywhere close?

I'm not getting him thinking he's going to be a 60 point player, or a great two way guy. Six years in the league is enough that I think you'd be really rolling the dice expecting a breakthrough.
The deal is simply impossible.Hot 3-way action anyone???

You guys are crazy, they aren't trading Kane for a 1st rounder, much less a late first. Sure, his value went down, but nowhere near that much.
Realistic? I'd say 2 late firsts + Armia/Fasching + Staff/Stew, or something in that ballpark. Armia/Fasching just seem like WPG-type players but just an example. I mean, look at his numbers, teams are still going to want him. I sure don't.
