I'm going to keep him on the list but I'll make a note about this beside his name
could totally be available to play, just in a normal year he would not.
Some teams pre-season rosters have been released on OHL's website. Kingston has Edmonds, Frasca, Peric and Dugas listed, meaning Brand, Drewitt and Hutton are out and still 1 more to go.

Hearing that Brewer and Fowler are out for Oshawa after such a long layoff. Paputsakis, Stepien are 2 for sure OAs if that's true. McSorley/Whittaker are both on the camp list as well as 2001s
Brandon Coe also not listed on NBAY pre-season roster. He’s AHL eligible as an 01.

Was confirmed to me today that Mitchell Brewer will not be back this year. He's just on the pre-season roster as a solid to him so he can have another year of school paid for. He's taking a policing job and the Gens will be going forward with Paputsakis and Stepien as 2 OAs for the time being and looking to pick up a 3rd either during camp or shortly into the season.

I believe the School Package ends at OA year. The Contract (SPA) still carries forward to OA year with different benefits.
The OHL team still has SPA signed with player owns their rights unless released or traded.
Ryan Campbell and Andrew MacLean are not on Niagara's preseason roster. They have been taken off the list.
Ryan Campbell played for Ayr in the GOJHL tonight so he is for sure out. Could see MacLean latching on somewhere else.
Anyone looking for an OA goalie? Wondering if Dugas will be able to find another OHL job - his stats may not look great but if you look game by game he had very high ups but very low downs - heard Barrie could be in the market - could they use an 01 or do the need an 02 to keep other OAs?
