(In regard to the statement that Chara must have lower body fat)
Chara can do something like 36 consecutive pullups, which for a 260lb man is almost unheard of. Not only is he a freak about working out, he is apparently meticulous about his diet, and almost never drinks alcohol.
I bet champagne alone accounts for a .5% difference in body fat between the two.
So you don't actually have anything to support the notion that he has a lower body fat percentage except for talking up Chara (with numbers "something like" and unverified" and having nothing to say about Howard except trying to take a shot at him about "champagne". You say Chara is a "freak about working out", what like Howard isn't or something? have you even seen Dwight Howard?
http://ca.sports.yahoo.com/mma/blog...-NBA-first-round-pick-with-qui?urn=mma-172202Johnson's father Willie is a sixth-degree black belt kickboxer and his mother, Vi is also a black belt. He's one of nine children, eight of whom are black belts. His 10-year old sister Kiandra is only a blue belt. Willie runs J & P's martial arts in Cheyenne.
James Johnson is already 20-0 as a kickboxer and has MMA fight under his belt. That came as an 18-year-old against 31-year-old Damond Clark.
Shaq > Chara > Howard
Howard would cry after one punch
Put Dwight Howard aside, and take James Johnson (a Toronto Raptors player, by the way)
Guy's 6'9'' just like Chara, but he's 245lbs as of now (was 257lbs coming out Wake Forest). He also has a vertical leap of 36''...
The most interesting part is this:

I'd take him to beat Chara's ass any day of the week.
Warming up for Thursday’s workout, the Raptors were faced with a common practice-court predicament. There were three balls lodged in one basket, suspended in the mesh like so many fish in a net.
It was no big problem, really. Tall men were in abundance. One flick of a wingspan could have alleviated the logjam. But Ed Davis and Jerry Bayless had a different idea. They challenged teammate James Johnson to dislodge the balls with an improbable implement — specifically, his foot. And soon enough Johnson, who is both 6-foot-9 and a black belt in kenpo karate, was wowing the squad with an airborne freak show.
“He looked like a ninja warrior,†marvelled Francesco Cuzzolin, the club’s strength and conditioning coach. “He was jumping in the air, spinning 360 and kicking the balls in the net. His head was over the rim, his legs were splitting, and he’s kicking the balls. It was something I’ve never seen in my life.â€
I've never seen a basketball player throw a decent punch btw.
How would you know? Whoever lands the first clean punch is a correct notion. These guys are pretty much super heavyweights with <10% body fat. With that kind of size, you'll most likely have the power to K.O anyone, if you land clean (and have a tiny bit of fight experience).
Do people actually take fights to the ground now? I haven't seen a real fight in a year or 2, but in all the fights I have ever seen, the people stay on their feet and try to knock the other guy out.
Please tell me that submissions aren't involved in street fights now

He's listed at 6'11", but virtually all basketball players add 1-2" to their height, when questioned they say they list their "in shoes" height. Basketball is very height-oriented, being seen as undersized for your position can negatively impact perceptions of you as a player, so basically every player inflates their height (listed heights are provided by the player's agent, not official measurements). At the combine Dwight was measured at 6'9" in bare feet, and doesn't seem any taller now. LeBron was always listed at 6'8", but more recently has taken to listing himself at 6'9", so LeBron is likely around 6'7" to 6'8" in bare feet, and he always looks almost as tall as Dwight, 1" or maybe 2" shorter, which would back up Dwight being around 6'9" in bare feet.Dwight Howard is only two inches taller and ten pounds heavier. I love Dwight Howard, but I'll take the guy who plays the much tougher, more physical sport where fighting involves more than just a slapping contest.
Touching a 10ft rim with his foot, while doing a 360 rotation in mid-air. Now that's impressive.
I'm just wondering why people have been ignoring the points brought about the beast James Johnson is.
because nobody cares about James Johnson, especially on HF which is notorious for its Basketball hatred.
But people do care about Dwight Howard (a basketball player, afaik), right?
