Now that the Yotes got humiliated I am without a team to root for. I think I'm gonna have to pull for Calgary and Jersey Johnny even though he's from Southern NJ aka East Philadelphia aka long O accent ville.

Avalanche- NO (2001 + Roy)
Stars?- Not a chance-darien hatcher f*** you
Vancouver-Scumbag team as of late (Alex Burrows) and the biggest pretender organization ever i love their lack of success
Bruins- They are our daddies they own us
Le Habs - No
Flyers - no explanation
Isles - Now that they can't sweep I want them to choke and lose
Capitals - Love ovechkin but this team also owns us
Blues- Own us like the Bruins although if they won again I wouldn't care too much
Lightning - need not say how much I still am pissed about Nico and Sami

who did I forget?

Those players are no longer on Vancouver. They and the Avs are fun to watch. 2001 was a long time ago. We snicker at Ranger fans who chant Potvin sucks. I think you can go back to mehing the Avs

Derian Hatcher might be a grandfather by now. I would love Pavelski to get a cup.

What a choke job by the Blues, we’re gonna have to sweat this pick not dropping another 8+ spots all through the series with Vegas

I'm beyond caring ever since the Yotes disaster.

I'm only looking forward to the #7 pick and am hoping it's a Forward.

Everything else is just going to be Window-dressing.

(I have arrived at apathy)

Goals against review for Wednesday’s games

Blue Jackets vs Lightning: 5 goals against Korpisalo, 2 stoppable. 4 goals against Vasilevskiy, no chance on any.

Hurricanes vs Bruins: 2 goals against Mrazek, 1 stoppable. 1 goal against Halak, no chance.

Coyotes vs Avalanche: 6 goals against Kuemper, no chance on any. 1 goal against Raanta in relief, no chance. 1 goal against Grubauer, no chance.

Canadiens vs Flyers: 3 goals against Price, no chance on any. 4 goals against Hart, 2 stoppable.

Canucks vs Blues: 3 goals against Markstrom, 2 stoppable. 4 goals against Allen, 3 stoppable.

So that’s 34 goals scored on goalies, 10 are stoppable. That’s 29% of the goals scored were stoppable. Combined save percentages were .889%.

We should all be rooting for the habs to pull of the comeback and upset. First of all they are playing the flyers. Second, if they go far, our coyotes pick will move up to 17. I cannot see Vancouver making it past Vegas but if they do... so be it. Maybe in the end it will better to have our picks spread out.

There were too many softy of the night candidates tonight. Mrazek, Hart, Markstrom and Jake Allen all gave up bad dead angle goals.

I really thought the one on Hart was pretty bad, but I gotta give it to Jake Allen for this Jake Virtanen goal.

Jake Allen was terrible tonight.

This reminded me of game 5 of the WCF in 2016 against the Sharks.

Jake Allen gave up a couple of bad ones and it pushed the Blues to the brink of elimination and they went back to Elliott for game 6. I’d think the Blues will go back to Binnington for game 6.

This was a classic Jake Allen playoff meltdown game.

Gotta give it to Mrazek. Allen was cheating for the pass there and got beat. Mraz was caught napping and literally cost his team the series on the play. It wasn’t even going on net. He had zero situational awareness there, he should have been ready knowing the clock was winding down

"better to have our picks spread out" is an all time beaten down and delirious devils fan quote. I feel bad for us i really do.

Having picks spread out in the first round has worked recently for Detroit (zadina/veleno) and philly (provorov/konecny) and LA (turcotte/bjornfot) and rangers (Kravtsov/lundkvist) Having multiple picks in a row did not work out so well for Boston..

Islanders/Caps game had a dirty hit in it... guess who was involved...

That was typical of Wilson. The puck was in the net. Play is over but he can’t help himself. I’m surprised nobody he’s cheap shotted shows up at his house in the offseason with a chain and a fighting dog looking for revenge.

That shot reminds me of when YaYo scored a goal then was concussed by an opposing player (i forget what team and what player)
