Well saying that he won't get 55 points when he topped that last year is every bit as ignorant as it is negative.
Again I'm not sure how many times this must be stated for you to either grasp it or at the very least acknowledge that not every player's development path is the same.
He is a 1st overall pick, however what does that do for him in terms of physical maturity? What does that do for him when he's playing against opposing players? He gets no slack from you because of his draft position, meanwhile other players that are among the very best in the league at the same age couldn't hold a candle to RNH currently. So since he is a 1st overall pick he must not have the abilities to get to the level of a Sedin, Giroux or a Datsyuk in his prime. Talk about a weak stance. Meanwhile bringing Gagner up again, how is he doing in relation to Arcobello? To Draisaitl for that matter? Yet you have been *****ing this whole offseason about how we screwed the pooch in moving him and that Arco is garbage and that Draisaitl isn't ready, etc.
Imagine how bad we'd be with Gagner in place of any of RNH, Arcobello or Draisaitl. While Leon may still go back to juniors, I'd still take his defensive awareness over anything that Gagner brings outside of shootouts. Yet this is a guy that you have been championing as a legit 2C while putting down every other center on the team not named Gordon.
