ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (AP) – Describing it as “something out of the 1930s,” authorities say a former guard and two others stole more than $1.7 million from an armored car parked outside an Atlantic City casino earlier this month. Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner said Tuesday that Dante McCluney of Newark was charged with burglary, theft and conspiracy in connection with the Nov. 5 theft from an armored car parked outside Bally’s casino.
Two others who participated in the theft have been identified but are not yet in custody, the prosecutor said.
“This was a brazen burglary of an armored car on a public street in broad daylight,” Tyner said. “Out of all the crimes I’ve seen committed in Atlantic County during my tenure, this incident harkened back to something out of the 1930’s.”
The vehicle was owned by Rapid Armored Corporation of Brooklyn, New York.

We haven't had a live tree since I was in college. I miss the fantastic pine smell, but not the needles on the floor and constant water monitoring. I remember they used to advise putting aspirin in the water but I don't remember why.The money I just spent for a top of the line tree stand is obscene. But it was the easiest time ever putting that tree in. No spikes and a pedal 5 prong holder with a water sensor to show how much water is in it. I say the less aggravation is worth the money.
Hot shower and sitting on a pillow usually helps me along with some motrinI HATE SCIATICA.
Ugggghhhhhhh.... And of course the doctors offices are all closed.
Any Dr. Recchi's out there with some good advice? lol

I don't drink, so I'll pass on that, but the other stuff sounds like a plan.Start drinking heavily if you haven't already....
Stay hydrated that will help keep your back muscles loose. If you can, get in your shower & stand under the hottest water you can handle for several minutes to help relax your muscles. This next might sound crazy but try to relax your mind too, I have found that my mind definitely influences my body. And did I mention drinking heavily???
When you lie down put a pillow under both knees, that will keep your back straight. If you lay on your side put the pillow between your legs, again this helps keep your back straight.
Thankfully it has been a long time since I have had to deal with sciatica but if I can remember anything else you can try I'll post it here.

Google Adeste Fidelis.... that's the title in Latin...lots of choices....His rendition of Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me might be better than Elton's. I love that one and Father Figure.
If anyone has a great full version of O Come All Ye Faithful in Latin, please let me know. It is virtually impossible to find a decent version that is more than one verse. I was in church choir and we only sang that song in Latin so to hear it in English still seems strange all these years later.

Pavarotti does two verses....wow.
