That's how supply and demand works.

The issue isn't with resellers, it's with Sony creating an artificial scarcity to keep prices and demand high in the first place.

Co Worker I know I think bought 4 of them. Day they came out when we opened everyone went for TP and one guy asked me if we has PS5. Later told our company was sold out of them As I have mentioned before I am waiting to buy it once all the bugs and glitches are fixed and when they have more games.

Have also been told people are having problems with PS5 overheating. I am currently on the PS store now looking at which games to buy. Due to covid and this being the last year for the PS4 gen lots of sales. NHL 21 is $34 and was released the beginning of this month.

The older I get, I'm not sure I'll ever get a new system again, my PS4 might be the last one for me. I missed a lot of games when I was poor and busy with school, so there's a decent backlog of cheap games on PS Store for the PS4 that I can burn through. Catching up on Assassin's Creed is my current mission. I only ever played the first one on XBox 360, and recently played through III and Liberation. Need to go through Black Flag and the Ezio games next, should get me through a few months.

As I get older I think to myself I really miss snow days and school vacation. Nothing better as a kid waking up nice and warm in your bed and looking outside seeing snow and knowing its winter vacation
You want to feel real old? With everyone able to switch to remote learning on a moments notice, kids may never experience a snow day again.

My PS4 is pissing me off, somethings either wrong with the CDs or the PS4/library/reader because I am trying to re-download some games on a new HD and after downloading after a bit an X goes thru the game and it stops downloading. Its a reason I stopped getting physical copies.

Black Friday sale I just got

Barent Sea Fishing
MLB 20
Uncharted 4
Division 2

for $60

IDK why I am buying more games when I am currently suck in missions for at least 4-5 other games. But with quarantines and restrictions I forsee alot of free time when not workings.

PS store is actually missing the Medal Of Honor series. IDK why but they do have alot of other older games

my ps4 is collecting dust.
nhl21 sucked. we need a new hockey game developer. EA is is all about online crap. the hockey game is nothing like real hockey. its like ping pong. back and forth with no stoppages.
im waiting for hitman 3 to come out now.

I loved the old Hitman games on PS2. I spent countless hours playing Hitman: Blood Money back in 2007. Because of that I got Hitman 2 last year when I got my PS4, and honestly I didn't like it and never finished all the missions. I don't know why, but it doesn't feel as fun, like it's too serious in tone and you effectively have to follow very specific instructions from youtube videos or FAQs to pass the missions, when Blood Money was more light-hearted (as much as a game about murdering people can be) and there were several ways to solve each mission that were discoverable on one's own without needing help to figure it out.

Hopefully Hitman 3 will be closer to the originals.

NHL 21, Madden 21, NBA 2K1 are all on sale. But from what I have seen and heard all are garbage since theyre going to concentrate on the '22 series for next gen.

NHL series has been garbage for years. IGN review said something about how after years of the franchise it still feels like an arcade game and not a simulation.

Hitman on PS3 was my shit. They should make that game a Netflix series with Timothy Olyphant.

Faceoff ‘98 is probably my favorite hockey game. Not counting Hit the Ice or Mutant League Hockey, as those are cartoons.

Faceoff 98 was excellent. Game play was a little slow, although you could increase the speed in settings, and the ice felt enormous, but it was the first hockey game that felt smooth and somewhat normal. I liked the slower pace, it allowed my head to keep up with with was happening

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (AP) – Describing it as “something out of the 1930s,” authorities say a former guard and two others stole more than $1.7 million from an armored car parked outside an Atlantic City casino earlier this month. Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner said Tuesday that Dante McCluney of Newark was charged with burglary, theft and conspiracy in connection with the Nov. 5 theft from an armored car parked outside Bally’s casino.

Two others who participated in the theft have been identified but are not yet in custody, the prosecutor said.

“This was a brazen burglary of an armored car on a public street in broad daylight,” Tyner said. “Out of all the crimes I’ve seen committed in Atlantic County during my tenure, this incident harkened back to something out of the 1930’s.”

The vehicle was owned by Rapid Armored Corporation of Brooklyn, New York.

there was a Scooby Doo game on Sega that was basically the same thing as Manic Mansion. I loved that one too. Never managed to finish either of the two available episodes and i spent hours and hours walking around.

Out of the 4 games I got the 1st one that downloaded and was playable was the Barentz strait fishing one.

saw people call it relaxing. I think once I get the hang of setting gear and picking up traps it will be fun. Need to build a fleet.

The Virus Won’t Stop Evolving When the Vaccine Arrives

In a 1988 essay on pandemics Joshua Lederberg, Nobel laureate and president of The Rockefeller University, reminded the medical community that when it comes to infectious disease, the laws of Darwin are as important as the vaccines of Pasteur.

As medicine battles bacteria and viruses, those organisms continue to undergo mutations and evolve new characteristics.

Lederberg advised vigilance: “We have no guarantee that the natural evolutionary competition of viruses with the human species will always find ourselves the winner.”

With the emergence of what seem so far to be safe and effective vaccine candidates, it appears that humanity may be the winner again this time around, albeit with a dreadful loss of life.

But vaccines won’t put an end to the evolution of this coronavirus, as David A. Kennedy and Andrew F. Read of The Pennsylvania State University, specialists in viral resistance to vaccines, wrote in PLoS Biology recently. Instead, they could even drive new evolutionary change.

There is always the chance, though small, the authors write, that the virus could evolve resistance to a vaccine, what researchers call “viral escape.” They urge monitoring of vaccine effects and viral response, just in case.
