I'm getting soft with ageI do all mine on the fly beyond my imgur ones I make.
That's a great deal for ny.
do we need a 3rd 3C?Winnipeg in on Hayes from NYR. He woulda been an awesome 3rd line center for us...
You’re not wrong, and like I said I’d be open to acquiring him, but if that’s the only deal made we are essentially throwing a 2nd~ into the trash. But he has the skill and speed they could use on the LW.
Ok, i'm up and at 'um...
It seems like their is still a chance ferland gets moved, it wouldn't be to us, but it would be good for us considering we are competing with Carolina.
Isn't that guy just an Eklund-lite?
Nope.
At this point though... who do they go all in on? And with what, exactly? They have like a lonely first, a bunch of **** contracts and zero prospects.
Ok, i'm up and at 'um...
maybe not for Ferland, but I'm all-in on Simon being part of a deal with Carolina. He just seems like the type of guy that they acquires.
Yeah like 1.5 years ago...loldo we need a 3rd 3C?
No Carter. He's already tumbled over the hill.
Here's RW's prescription for deadline day for all you RW fans out there...ha...conclusions: don't do anything stupid JR
HockeyBuzz.com - Ryan Wilson - What does a successful trade deadline day look like for the Penguins?
Yeah I was reading that Ryan Wilson blurb posted above and I usually don't agree with the guy too often but found myself nodding along to his points.
Until I got down to the part where he suggest it would be wise to hold on to the first rounder for a deal like Jeff Carter or Eric Staal.
At which point I remember why I so often don't agree with Ryan Wilson.
