Sometimes I enjoy watching dramatic “re-enactments” of hauntings and other paranormal events on shows like A Haunting, Haunted,My Haunted House or Paranormal Witness. I don’t really believe a lot of the content but I find the low production values and stories entertaining.

I loved Santa Barbara, watched it every day in HS and college. (from 86-90 it was the best soap ever)

I was a huge Guiding Light fan from when I was in elementary school (our housekeeper got me hooked) until the show was cancelled. In college, I got my roommate hooked & later discovered 3 of our fraternity little sisters also watched so we had watch parties almost every day in my room. Once I started working I got a VCR & recorded it every day so I could relax & unwind with the show each night.

... the other I'd own to is The Vampire Diaries.

As an old Buffy-fan, I did of course try VD. But it didn't catch on for me in the about 2 episodes I watched. Do you think I should try more of it? (edit is typos- and thanks for the answer,)

I liked the Golden Girls as a kid.

Nothing embarrassing about that. It’s one of the best sitcoms ever and has aged really well. Old ladies making sick burns and sex jokes will never not be funny.

Don't hate me till you watch it....the first 2 seasons of Glee. The great thing about that show was it was a spoof of teenage sitcoms and it was genuinely funny. Then it turned into Degrassi with music and became unwatchable.

When Glee first hit the air, it was unlike anything else on TV. Like a lot of shows it can only be fresh for a season or two before the concept gets stale and the storylines stretch too far. But in the early days they really caught lightning in a bottle. Also it was damn near perfectly cast.

Anyone here watch the daytime or night time soaps back in the 80s and 90s? I did.

As a kid, I watched Dallas for several seasons. J.R is the greatest tv villain of all-time!

Also as a young teen, I would watch The Young and the Restless on a daily basis. Which woman would Victor Newman seduce, sweep off her feet and carry to the bedroom this week?

I loved the primetime soaps. Dallas, Dynasty, Falcon Crest & Knots Landing. I will say, much as I adored JR Ewing, Knots really was the best written of them all.

gotta go with Xena the Warrior Princess. I've seen every episode at least 3 times and I own the box set of the entire series... also loved Hercules with Kevin Sorbo.
