How would making Dr Strange a Brit completely change the MCU character?
He is an American who lives in New York that becomes the protector of the new York Sanctom.

Should they have suddenly just changed wolverine to Aussie because of Jackson?

Why not just have the actors speak with their natural accents? Would people really have rioted in the streets if Marvel made Dr. Strange a pretentious Brit instead of a pretentious American? Same here. At least Tom Holland's American accent is actually pretty good (obviously Spider Man is the exception to this, can't be Spider Man if he's not in NYC).
He'll probably use his regular speaking voice once he reverts back to Marc Spector. Moon Knight has multiple personalities and Spector is his normal self. In the beginning of the trailer, while he uses the odd accent, he's called Steven. Steven Grant is one of his alternate personalities.

All kidding aside I thought it looked great. Exception being the recent Moon Knight vs. Avengers run, all the Moon Knight comics from the past 15 years or so have been pretty great. Plenty of material to mine.

Gaspard Ulliel, who seems to have an important part as Midnight Man in the series, just died at 37 y/o (ski accident).

Crazy concept but get this....immigration. There's a bunch of British and Irish and Australian doctors in specialist roles in Canada. The US is 10x bigger, maybe there's a few doctors there?

Better than listening to him doing that awful American accent.

Oscar Isaac on the other hand did a very good job with his English accent.

Great start, we mostly see the Steven persona and learn with him about his other side and how it scares him. I see some amazing potential.

It's only 6 episodes right? I like that they dropped us right into the chaos that Steven is falling into. We're all learning at the same time.

Should keep us on our toes throughout each episode. Great start!

Moonknight writer confirms that the living statue was a cameo of sorts of Bernard crawley who in the comics is a homeless man that sometimes acts as an informant for moonknight.
