If Josh Sarget is back in MLS before he is 30 that will not be a good sign for him personally or US soccer.

I’d have to agree for the most part. Only thing that I would say is that if the MLS takes a step forward in quality and he isn’t getting playing time in a big league and a good MLS team is willing to give him playing time.

Also Carlos Vela’s crazy season continues. Obviously his goal total is huge but when you combine that with his assists, it shows how dominant he is. 41 G+A in 26? Games.

I hate Vela and LAFC, but my jaw literally dropped when I saw that goal. But the good news is this is going to motivate Zlatan to one up that.

I actually got the impression this was embellishment. They could have sent off both if they thought Rooney actually had the contact the other played wanted to show there, but the other player did embellish IMHO. Totally.

Yeah, I was expecting something worse. I'm fine with what Rooney got, but it wasn't that outrageous.
