On that note, Brazeau scores Marlies first goal tonight.
gogolev with a goal and assist already tonight. have to imagine management has to really consider getting him on an ELC sooner than later.
Marlies win 3-2
Hella nice goal too. Brazeau had his best game ever. Looks like that time off to work on his skill helped him out a lot.
Was Moore back for this game?
Hållander on first line today
Lööv too ;-)
Pavel Gogolev's AHL deal is two years, so he has another full season to show himself. Definitely on the early track to earn a contract
Good for Rindell .. Not bad for a 6th round pick
If they are impressed enough can they rip up his AHL contract and sign him to an ELC or give him an ELC as an extension of that AHL contract before it is up?
That's awesome .. Seems to be filling the Hyman-like role on that line, a glue guy that can bring them together.
This is a great opportunity for Rindell.
If he shows that his defensive game is better than reported especially playing against legit NHL caliber talent, he'll rocket up prospect rankings.
Finland is in the same group as Canada and the US, so if he actually plays this will be a great test.
One poster presumed Rindell gets in on the third pairing. That would be great if true.
I would have laughed if he wasn't and they won again, but yes he was.
Also he scored in the game today as well.
Lilly being agressive in the O-zone is a treat.
Gogolev has been lighting it up lately. One of the very few bright spots for the Marlies this year
He needs to bring this confidence to the NHL level. Could be an elite 5 on 5 player if he can.
I think that part of his game might take some time to come out in the NHL.
Marlies allow only one shot in the 2nd. Keefe has the share of the record with 0.
Telling you guys, Kokkonen is more skilled then he gives off.
Gogolev with the OT game winner. He's just getting better and better.
Gogolev is on fire. He wins it OT and the Marlies have a 3 game wn streak. Who is this team?
That was probably the best game they have played under Moore.
