Pep is the exception, a one in a million chance a coach with only youth experience becomes a game-changer, world-class coach and an innovator. How many times does that happen? Better off getting someone with a decent amount of experience or you might end up with a Pirlo. You never want to go full Pirlo.
Or Arteta. Or Lampard.

Xavi isn’t my first choice or even 2nd. I have the same concerns you have. Posted about them before the arrival of Koeman. However, Xavi did coach not in the best or even a good league. He does have some experience. Is it ideal absolutely not but Koeman needs to be replaced. Can Xavi succeed yes will he? Maybe , maybe not.

Or Arteta. Or Lampard.

Saw something that BVB offered Xavi the post about two months ago and he turned them down. Not sure if there's anything to that.
