I *am* worried about the top 6.
Seabass and ElNino are visibly frustrated.
Honestly I don’t think they’ve been that bad, especially Aho.

And who am I to say, but... really there must be sarcasm or something somewhere there with the other posts because one thing (well not much negative at all) that's been said as Aho is lazy. He's been a work horse which got to him where he's at. He might now be something, don't know what, but if lazy is the answer, I'm lost for words really.Honestly I don’t think they’ve been that bad, especially Aho.
I’d like to believe that, but after his finish last season I’d prefer him putting up some points early and put it all behind him. Also with the salary he has now he’s responsible for actual production, not just looking great out there. He has had a few real stinker shifts as well. Downside to getting him signed, even for “cheap” is that there are expectations now.Aho has been good despite the lack of points. He's the kind of player who can have zero points but still looks like the best player on the ice.

God help anyone that dogs it in the Winnipeg game in January

Tom Dundon so cheap.

I remember. What did I say? I said I’d rather him not start slow so he can put last season behind him, and that with his contract he has more expectations now. I didn’t say I doubted him. He doesn’t look like he’s putting too much pressure on himself so far. Yes he did in the past.Do we not remember this, already?
2016-17: Aho first 13 games, 0g, 6a
2017-18: Aho first 15 games, 0g, 8a
He was better in 2018-19, but still only had four goals in his first 15 games.
The kid just puts too much pressure on himself to put up points and digs himself a bit of a hole.
They’re working the triangles, they always exist on the pp. If you take one away another opens up if you’re working the passing lanes. It’s good when teams start overplaying lanes on you, and you’ve got a pp that isn’t dependent on one person. What’s going to be interesting is seeing how the Canes adapt when teams start trying to take away that cross ice pass between svechnikov and Teravainen.,..and that TT to Haula pass. It’s going to happen, but we should have enough skill to adjust.
Yes but I don't have to assure you that Aho is every bit of the same vein as Teuvo who after signing the extension said that now he needs to show that he's worth it.I’d like to believe that, but after his finish last season I’d prefer him putting up some points early and put it all behind him.
