These guys were busy still patting themselves on the back for winning the last game they forgot they had another one to play tonight. What an absolutely embarrassing effort. Joke.

These playoffs are playing out a little too on the nose. I think he best teams lead every single series. Either way, critical game 4 coming up. Do or die for the Kings if they hope to pull off the upset; otherwise, we are finally rid of Blake...

Did you not watch VA? He looked gassed after every 35 second shift, then had every shot blocked. Not even a factor.
I did, and it's not even close.

There is a difference between being ineffective like half the roster and a downright liability, and Roy hurt the Kings on nearly every shift.

If the Kings eke out a Game 6 at home then you're going to see Blake around next season even if they get destroyed 10-0 in the series clincher. 100%.

The goal of ownership is to get as many home playoff games as possible. Blake already has gotten 2. I'd put his odds at 50/50 right now.

No way, if they don't clear this series he is gone. If AEG keeps Blake at the helm after triple first-round exits and making the PLD trade they will have a riot on their hands.

They interviewed Jon Rosen today before the game, and he flat out said if they Kings don't win, there will be shake ups. Not sure if he still has sources, but he's right. Blake can't give up that much for an 8.5 mil no show and get beat by the Oilers again.

My favorite part in the main gdt was when their fans started making it about America vs Canada. So typical. Like bitch come down to LA and we’ll show you what’s up. Bunch of keyboard warriors.
Their entire hockey culture is based on a deluded self belief that knowledge is bestowed as some sort of Canadian birthright when the truth of it is that they just have a massive inferiority complex masquerading as delusions of grandeur. Most Canadians are the best people you will ever meet in any walk of life, but good lord they fool themselves about this sport.

They really just need some sort of mid-year Canadian Cup tourney so their fans can have something to celebrate, because they won't be touching a real Cup any time soon. And that sucks for them, but it's just an economical fact of life as even legislated league parity won't solve that issue.

Yep. The playoffs were PLD's last chance to not make Blake look like a fool.

He looks exactly the same as he did in the regular season.

Dubois is going to get the FO that stuck their neck out for him fired. And he doesn't seem to give a shit about it. It shows a terrible lack of character.

He's going to have to be bought out , and then we'll have our own version of Bobby Bonitta Day. PLD day, where he gets paid 1.1 mil for the next 14 years.

Can't blame him, it takes a second to assess after getting hit like that. I would LOVE to see any Kings player look for a pound of flesh after getting rocked.

I think we all were hoping, but Englund couldn't get that arm free to throw anything good.

Oilers and their fans are still stuck in the past of the Gretzky/Messier days of glory with 5 Cups. They think McDavid/Draisaitl can do the same now. That Oilers dynasty never really had any good stay at home d-men or a good two-way d-man like a Doughty. They were such an offensive juggernaut, but were humbled by the Al Arbor Islanders dynasty in how to play strong team defense with clutch goaltending. Skinner will never be on the level of prime Fuhr/Ranford. While they have a pretty good offensive d-man in Bouchard, Nurse is a joke making $9 million per year and the rest of their d-group is mostly a joke as well. Their PP may win them a round or 2, but their mediocre even strength, d-group and goaltending will fail them again if they get to the WCF.
