I embellished the reason why. As you know, I take my son to western Pens games whenever possible, Cali trips are always awesome, win or lose, and games in Vegas and Edmonton are just fun. AZ may be an option this year, just to see ASU's barn. But now that I've invested in Kraken STs, I just don't enjoy seeing my #1 team play against my new #2 team. I wore Kraken Tanev#13 last year, son had the Pens #13 jersey, but it just didn't feel right. Call me a sentimental POS, probably not inaccurate, but I'd rather someone with a pure interest in the game enjoy it. And it's gonna be sunny tomorrow and they've extended Dungeness crab season, and winter is coming, so there's that.
