I posted in the other thread, but we're a cap floor team that this offseason will have 22.7M in cap space tied up in either completely dead cap, or players with negative trade value. And we're a cap floor team. It's a shocking display of incompetence and mismanagement.

I don’t watch many GM press conferences, but do GM’s of other teams usually talk about what an amazing moment it is when they do something like re-sign an RFA? You can see the insecurity oozing out of this guy every time he does the bare minimum required from a GM.

Should have been fired 3 years ago when the Duchene trade blew up in his face and he failed to re-sign Stone.

That being said if hes fired it means we probably get Pierre Mcguire as our GM for foreseeable future which isn't really a step up.

When he can replace a few players and save close to 10 m per with the same results I think he'd do that and he'd care about it
