I give you the jury of the damned. Benedict Arnold, Lizzie Borden, Richard Nixon...

But I'm not dead yet. In fact, I just wrote an article for Redbook.

Hey listen, I did a favor for you!

Yes, Master.

John Wilkes Booth, Blackbeard the Pirate, John Dillinger, and the starting line of the 1976 Philadelphia Flyers.

"Now, boys, the fanbase has a problem with some of your lines. Do you mind changing them for the game?"

"Forget you, clown."

"Yeah, our lines are like our children, man. No way."

"Well, okay, but here where it says, "Hyman-Matthews-Brown" how about just, "Hyman-Matthews-Nylander"?"

"Wow. That's much better."

"Everyone can enjoy that."

"Without knowing precisely how competitive Toronto really is, would you say it's time for their fans to crack each other's heads open and feast on the goo inside?"

"Yes I would, Kent."

The league is threatening to take my Matthews away.
He scored another goal last night and our usual draft picks are supposed to bust.

This reminds me of that time I thought Joe Thornton could've been healthy enough for the playoffs. I kept thinking "he'll be back a little later. He'll be back a little later." And then, when the playoffs started, he wasn't there. And when I asked Pete DeBoer if he'd ever be back, he said he didn't know.
